The MYB Awards, which will be presented regionally at Manage Your Block each year, have been established to recognise the voluntary work carried out by residents on behalf of their fellow leaseholders. These individuals often undertake huge amounts of work to the benefit of others in what can be a thankless environment.  Through championing these individuals with nominations coming from their own communities, the  MYB Awards will encourage existing volunteers, entice new ones and help build stronger relationships within the whole community to the benefit of everyone concerned. In addition, through committee nominations, the MYB Awards will also recognise the input of the Managing Agent.
